PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
•Adds a low-calorie electrolyte mix to water for fast, effective hydration.
•Informed Sport certified formula based on the World Health Organisation oral rehydration solution.
•With added magnesium and vitamin D to reduce fatigue and support muscle recovery.
•Light tasting with natural flavours and free from artificial preservatives.
HOW TO USE:
Maximum 2 tablets/day. To maintain the body’s fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500ml of water. Drink 500ml before, during and after exercise.

Dextrose Monohydrate (Glucose Syrup); Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator [Sodium Bicarbonate]; Magnesium Carbonate; Potassium Chloride; Sodium Chloride; Anti-Caking Agent (Maize Starch); Natural Orange Flavouring (Maltodextrin, Dextrin, Flavouring Preparations, Natural Flavouring Substances); Sweetener (Sucralose); Colour (Beetroot Juice Concentrate); Cholecalciferol (Sucrose, Acacia, Corn Starch, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Silicon Dioxide, Vitamin D3, DL-Alpha-Tocopherol); Riboflavin.
CAUTION & WARNINGS:
Maximum Dosage: 2 tablets/day. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.
