How to use:

• Open one sachet of nasal salt and put it in the package.


• Fill bottle with warm water to line 240 or 120 ml as instructed Close the lid tightly and shake the container well until the salt dissolves.


• Place the bottle in the nostril while breathing through the mouth.


• After washing, clean the nose by blowing.


• Repeat washing in the second nostril using the remaining amount.
