How to use:

• Measure the circumference of your ankle (about 4" above the ankle) and select your brace size accordingly.
  
• Disengage the hook loop strap from the buckle and fold the hook with the loop next to it.
• Disengage the hook tabs of the two laces.
• Open the ankle brace from the front so that the laces get fully loosened.
• Put your foot in, to wear the brace, to ensure that your heel matches flawlessly into the slot automated.
• Adjust the placements of the lateral bandages concerning the sprain location.
• Fasten the top hook loop tape using the buckle mechanism to provide a firm grip.
• Pull both the laces simultaneously upwards and obliquely with a single jerk movement, to give optimal tightness and paste them on the loop fabric on the body of the brace.
• Feel the contraction of the brace and immobilization of the splints. Ensure no biting or undue pressure at any point.
• In case of any undue pressure or pain at any point, readjust the position of the splints perfectly or consult your physician.
