- Prevention of iron and folic acid deficiency and treatment of latent and manifest iron and folic acid deficiency before, during pregnancy and after pregnancy (during lactation)
- Treatment of manifest iron deficiency in pregnancy: 2-3 tablets daily until normalisation of hemoglobin value is achieved.
- Afterwards, the therapy should be continued with 1 tablet daily at least until the end of pregnancy to replenish iron stores.
- Treatment of latent iron deficiency and prevention of iron and folic acid deficiency: 1 tablet per day.
- The daily dose can be divided into separate doses or can be taken at once.
- Ferose-F should be taken during or immediately after a meal. Ferose-F tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole.
- As with all iron preparations, a dark colouration of the stool may occur which is without clinical significance.
- Each chewable or swallowable tablet contains 100mg of iron as Iron III (Ferric) hydroxide polymaltose complex (IPC) plus 350mcg of folic acid.

اخذه ثلاثة شهور واتركه فترة وارجع عليه وعلشان الفائدة اشرب معها فوار فيتامين سي يساعد على امتصاص الحديد ويكون احسن تاخذيه بعد الاكل بساعتين وما تاكلي بعده شي لان الحديد يتعارض مع بعض الاكل
هل اللي يوصل للنسبه الطبيعيه للحديد يقطع الحبوب ؟ او يحافظ على النسبه بأخذ حبوب مدى الحياه للحفاظ ؟ على النسبه
حلوه جدا مع انيميا الفولات نقص الحديد وطعمها حلو كمان كنت بستخدمها من سنه ونص
مهم جدا في فتره الحمل بدايه من الشهر الرابع لتجنب التعرض لنقص هيموجلوبين والحديد مهم ايضا للجنين
انا عندي فقر دم ودايماً حبوب الحديد تغثني وهاذي بعد احسها تغث بس اجبرت نفسي الا واجربها ومن بعدها طال شعري وصار كثيف بس للحين فيه تساقط لاني باقي ماشيه بالكورس وراح استمر لنهايه
وصفه لي الطبيب لاني كنت اعاني من فقر الدم وبالفعل خفت عندي اعراض نقص الدم التي كنت اعاني منها ..جميل حبيته
مبدئيًا انا جايه اكتب لسبب واحد وهو انها اول حبوب حديد اخذها وطعمها مايكون مزعج ويكرهني فيها سرلي اسبوع بستخدمها ولسه ماشيه في الكورس ٣ شهور
