How to use:

• Shake the bottle
• Apply one of the applicators to the bottle opening by pressing firmly. Turn the bottle with the applicator so the bottom of the bottle faces up. Now take them out 5 ml of the gel.
• Lie on your back, bend your legs, and use a cushion to raise your pelvis slightly.
• Insert the applicator as deep as possible into the vagina up to the cervix.
