How to use:
- Download the RENPHO Smart Rope app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account.
- Insert the battery into the smart tape measure and turn it on by pressing the power button.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and pair the smart tape measure with the app. Follow the instructions on the app to set up your profile and preferences.
- Pull out the tape and wrap it around the body part you want to measure. Press the button on the tape to lock it and press the button on the device to save the measurement.
- View your measurement on the LCD screen and the app. You can also use the voice feedback function to hear your data.
- Press the reset button to clear the data and measure another body part. You can also press the mode button to switch between linear and circular modes.
- Press the power button to turn off the smart tape measure when you are done. Store it in a cool and dry place.
- Do not use the smart tape measure if you have any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your measurements, such as heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, skin diseases, wounds, bruises, or inflammation. Consult your doctor before using the device if you are unsure.
