How to Use:

• For dramatic volume, start by coating the top and bottom of the upper lashes, wiggling the brush through.
• Focus on applying product at the root and on the outer lashes.
• For extra lift, hold and lift lashes with the wand for 5 seconds.
• For added impact, use the tapered edge of the wand to coat the bottom lashes.
