Product Description:

TouchCare® A7+ Patch Pump

• The ultrathin Patch Pump is composed of a reusable Pump Base and a disposable Reservoir Patch which stores up to 200 U of insulin and lasts for up to 3 days.


• The Pump Base stores delivery settings and sends data to the Easy Patch App via Bluetooth Low Energy (communication range 4 meters without blocking).


• The Patch Pump (Pump Base and Reservoir Patch connected) is waterproof at 8 feet (2.5 meters) for 60 minutes.

What is Pre Low Glucose Suspension (PLGS):

• It’s kind of communication between CGM sensor & Patch Pump where Sensor data to predict low glucose and automatically stop insulin delivery

• That help avoid hypoglycemic events. This feature Simplify diabetes treatment, as well as be a help if you are newly diagnosed or have unawareness.

How to use:

Select the infusion site

• Clean, hair free, dry, with enough fat (at least 5mm) and away from naval.


• A new infusion site should be at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) away from the last site.


• If you choose an infusion site on your abdomen, back or buttocks, apply the Patch horizontally.


• If you choose an infusion site on your upper arm or thigh, apply the Patch vertically.

Prepare the infusion site

• Wash your hands with soap and water.


• Clean the infusion site with an alcohol wipe to enhance adhesion.


• Let the skin air dry completely.

• Remove the button cover / Peel off the adhesive liners / Press the Pump against the skin / Press the needle button with one quick motion to completely insert the needle

Caution & Warnings:

• Store the Pump Base and Reservoir Patch at temperatures between


• 10°C (14°F) and 55°C(131°F).


• Operating temperature of Insulin Pump system is between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F).


• Do not inject air into the fill port. Doing so may result in unintended or interrupted insulin delivery

The A7+ TouchCare® System is not recommended for people who are unwilling or unable to:

1. Maintain contact with their healthcare provider.


2. Test their blood glucose levels as recommended by their healthcare provider.


3. Maintain sufficient diabetes self


4. care skills.


5. Recognize and respond to alerts and alarms. (Sufficient vision and/or hearing are required.)
