• The cereal is easy to prepare, requiring just the addition of water, and is suitable for introducing your baby to new textures and flavors as part of a mixed diet.

How to use:

• Heat 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water to approximately 50°C.


• Add 6 tablespoons (25g) of cereal flakes to the mixture.


• Mix well and let the porridge swell briefly before ensuring it's at the right temperature (around 37°C).


• Alternatively, prepare with 130 ml of breast milk, 200 ml of whole milk, water, or any infant formula (150-170 ml).


• Always prepare fresh food and avoid reusing leftovers.

• Ensure a balanced diet and good dental care starting with your baby's first tooth.
