• it is a natural fibers which are capable of trapping between (40 -60%) of the ingested fat in its gelatinous core and preventing its absorption, eliminating it with the fiber.

How to use:

• 2 capsules 30 minutes before each meal with a large size ( 8-oz) Glass of water, starting at breakfast.

• (it is essential to drink water throughout the day a minimum of 8 x 8 oz. glasses daily since water helps the movement of the fiber in the bowel.)
