Delicately fragranced, Ictyane lotion protects the skin from dehydration and provides 48-hour* hydration to restore suppleness and softness. Its new formula, enriched with the active ingredient duo of Acefylline and Abyssinian Oil, teaches the skin how to hydrate and nourish itself again. Acefylline promotes hydration: it activates the transformation of filaggrin, a natural protein, into amino acids which make up the NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), acting as a micro-sponge in order to naturally capture and retain water. Abyssinian oil, derived from Crambe seeds (a plant found in North-Eastern Africa), acts as a nourishing coach. Rich in oleic (omega 9) and linoleic (omega 6) acids, it strengthens the cellular barrier and restores the skin's physiological balance.
