• After the moisturizer is set, take a small amount of sunscreen on the tip of the hand

• Apply the sunscreen on all areas of your skin exposed to the light, including your ears, back, elbows, and back of your knees and legs. 

• Re-apply more if required

• Use sunscreen before stepping out of the house

• Close the top of the sunscreen securely
