How to use:
- Prep Your Toothbrush:Before brushing, thoroughly rinse the toothbrush under running water to moisten the bristles.
- Apply Toothpaste:Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the bristles of the toothbrush.
- Brush Gently:Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against your teeth and gums. Using gentle circular motions or short back-and-forth strokes, brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth.
