• The Beurer BM 45 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is a fully automatic device designed for easy and accurate blood pressure and pulse measurement.


• It features a large, white illuminated XL display and touch-sensor buttons for effortless operation.


• The monitor includes an arrhythmia detection function that warns of possible cardiac arrhythmia and a risk indicator with a colored scale for classifying measurements.


• It also offers memory storage for two users, with 60 measurements each, and calculates the average of all stored measurements as well as morning and evening blood pressure for the last 7 days

How To Use:

Initial Setup:

• Insert the batteries provided into the device.


• Set the date and time using the touch-sensor buttons.

Measuring Blood Pressure:

• Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.


• Place the cuff on your upper arm, ensuring it is level with your heart.


• Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement.


• Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.


• The device will automatically inflate the cuff and display your blood pressure and pulse readings.

Storing and Viewing Results:

• The monitor automatically stores the measurements.


• To view stored measurements, press the memory button.


• To delete stored measurements, refer to the user manual for detailed instructions
