- Using the flat side of Brow Definer, outline the shape of the brow. Use light pressure when applying.
- Next, use the medium side to fill and shade in the brow.
- Then, use the fine-tip to create hair-like strokes in sparse areas throughout the brow, working in the direction of hair growth. Blend as you go using the spoolie brush for a natural finish.
