Pleasant surprise to discover that a product renders results as described. For example, Slimaluma assists in appetite reduction without negative side effects all day long! When I awake in the morning I am in control of what goes into my mouth after talking Slimaluma.

I bought this to help with cravings and as an appetite suppressant. I thought having to take it 45 minutes before I ate could be managed by setting an alarm to remind me however, it was at times a challenge due to a hectic schedule. After using this for a whole month I didn't notice that it was helping.

Their instructions say "take 45 minutes before each meal, twice daily". That's very inconvenient for me. Have not been able to test its effectiveness in any way. If taking it like this (45 min before meal) is good for you, then by all means buy it.

This really helps with my appetite . I will be buying this again in a few weeks .
